
Attorney Dufour graduated from Brown University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies. He graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1985 where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Boston University Law Review.
He is a member of the Environmental Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
Attorney Dufour has been involved in a number of non-profit organizations in the New Haven area. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Food Bank and the Greater New Haven Community Loan Fund. He is also a consistent volunteer at the New Haven Security Deposit Clinic run by Statewide Legal Services, where he helps individuals obtain refunds of their apartment security deposits. For his work with this nonprofit clinic Attorney Dufour was awarded the 2014 Anthony V. DeMayo Pro Bono Award.
