Attorney Dufour practices in the areas of real estate, both commercial and residential, commercial and business law, environmental law, and healthcare. In the area of real estate, he handles many different types of transactions, and has extensive experience in assisting clients with issues relating to environmentally contaminated properties. He also advises business owners in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare and other professional businesses.
Attorney Dufour graduated from Brown University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies. He graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1985 where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Boston University Law Review.
He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section and a member of the Environmental Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
Attorney Dufour is involved in a number of non-profit organizations in the New Haven area. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater New Haven Community Loan Fund and is the chair of its Development Committee.
