My firm represents banks and other lenders and borrowers in connection with many different kinds of commercial finance transactions including commercial real estate finance, commercial lending, asset-based financing, small business lending (including SBA financing), and construction loans.   In addition, I have experience as in-house attorney for a large national bank negotiating loan workouts and restructurings.  I can prepare documentation and conduct closings in a manner which will ensure that the lender’s interests are completely protected.  I am also acutely aware, however, of the competitive pressures facing lenders in the current market, as more banks and other financing organizations compete for business from high-quality borrowers.  I work with my clients to design documentation which accomplishes the lender’s goal of securing its interest at a cost which is commensurate with the size and nature of the lending transaction.
